Multilayer printed circuits with Copper Invar Copper.
Some ceramic SMD components are not compatible with standard materials, due to their lower expansion coefficients. Temperature variations could lead to connections being broken at the point of solder.
In order to resolve such problems, Avi & Peschard proposes the inclusion of one or several Copper Invar Copper layers, in order to stabilize expansion in both x and y.


Thickness of Copper Invar Copper layers:
- 150µ or 75µ from one to four layers
