- 4 to 18 layer Flex rigid (Single side to 4 layers flex)
Sequential build up:
- FR4 ; High Tg ; Low CTE; Polyimide
- Polyimide ( Adhesive less) layer as internal or external layers
Flex protection:
- Coverlay Polyimide
- Flex Solder resist
2 processes:
- No flow prepreg
- High volume solution
- Insert with Uniflow prepreg: Very High reliability

Thin 4 layers build up:
0.5mm thick
Bottom side protected by flex solder reist (imagefle)
Multilevel separated flex layers:
space between layers 0.15mm
Flex rigid with onded flex layers

Ecobond protection:
- soft epoxy resin on the edge of rigid part
Increasing reliability during bending
